Then what does it mean when your leaders (multiple levels up) place you in the top right box (they tell you this for the most part), but state exposure/advanced opportunities are coming months down the line (within 3-4 months)? Also, those opportunities are low hanging fruit (like cross functional committees, culture clubs, departmental committees to seek the voice of your customers).
