@wellx.store: Can kimchi help support your gut health? 🥬✨ Kimchi is a fermented food that contains beneficial bacteria, fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants that can contribute to a healthy gut microbiome. Interestingly, researchers are also exploring whether certain probiotics may help bind to or reduce the effects of environmental contaminants, including microplastics. However, more human research is needed before drawing firm conclusions. Why consider adding kimchi to your diet? 💚 It can help support a healthy gut microbiome. 🦠 Contains beneficial bacteria from fermentation. 🥬 Provides vitamins, antioxidants, and plant compounds. 💪 Adds variety to a balanced diet that supports overall health. 🍽 It's an easy and flavorful way to include fermented foods in your meals. Remember, no single food can detox your body or completely remove microplastics. A balanced diet rich in fiber and fermented foods, along with reducing unnecessary plastic exposure, is a more practical approach. Do you enjoy eating kimchi, or do you prefer another fermented food? Let me know in the comments! 👇

I don’t think so . Look at they way the ferment kimchi , they always store it in plastic bag inside plastic containers until it’s fully fermented, so kimchi is already full with microplastics
