Google it, it was in the news long time ago. some nut job was going in the supermarket and injecting some kind of foreign liquid in the drinks or milk, right above the level of the liquid. it's not safe to eat food from the street, if you eat at some establishment then authorities and CDC can do the investigation and hold them liable and stop it from spreading if they find the virus at that establishment.

Fire hazards. They need to be inspected by the health dept every 6 months.

This is so stupid. Landlords don’t have to bear the burden that runs from coming a commercial kitchen.

I am curious if they’re going to change the health regulations. from the health inspectors. Obviously, they have the collecting money for a permit , taken care of, but what about health inspections

Should be simple for the landlord. Just require all tenants from here on out to get renters insurance to cover losses. Just make sure to require it of all tenants.

Does not sound feasible. Residential kitchen are not meant to produce commercial volume. Potential issues are in the comments

It’s crazy to think that landlords are responsible to pay for someone’s running a business out of their home when gas and water sometimes is paid for by the building by the landlord. This seems very unfair.

This is only going to make less properties available for rent . If I was a landlord I wouldn’t rent my property after hearing this .
