@xbfkid229: Two lives were lost on Interstate 95 in Stafford County, Virginia, around 1:53 a.m. on November 6. According to Virginia State Police, a Dodge Charger struck a Nissan Rogue from behind, causing the SUV to leave the road and overturn. An adult passenger died at the scene. A child under five was taken to a hospital, where they later died. The SUV’s driver suffered life-threatening injuries. Police say the Charger’s driver has been charged with driving under the influence, with additional charges pending. A child’s life had barely begun.
