@common.ground.hr.sa: BCEA Section 23 generally allows an employer to require a medical certificate for paid sick leave when an employee is absent for more than two consecutive days or on more than two occasions during an eight-week period. A medical certificate should meet the legal requirements, including confirming incapacity for work. A certificate is not automatically required for every sick day 💛🖤🇿🇦#hr #relatable #jobtips #southafrica
