The first one is great. And the reason is the having in unit w/d gives you time back that you would have spent going and doing laundry. And the elevator just makes things easier. The other place is way too small.

The in unit washer & dryer & elevator is huge! Sounds like you should apply immediately, especially with 30 people in line! Our daughter was 1st in line & sent her deposit electronically before even leaving the building & had her documents emailed within 30 minutes to get her current apartment! It's that competitive in NYC!😳
