One of the administrative things they need to change is getting rid of the seniority requirement for committee chairs and other positions of leadership. The leaders and the chairs should go to the best person for the job, not the longest serving

I really think we need to increase the size of the House and get rid of the district system in favor of a proportional representation and ranked choice voting. If we keep the districts then there should be more than 1 rep per district
