@wesh2orlando: Timelapse footage shows a Palm Bay neighborhood rapidly submerging in floodwaters in just 13 hours as record-breaking rainfall hit parts of Brevard County. The flooding began Monday, when Palm Bay received over 20 inches of rain in some areas. The historic rainfall left roads underwater, vehicles stranded and some residents in need of rescue. Many are starting to dry out as the week ends, but the damage to some homes is greater than anticipated. Read the full story at the link above.
