you're leveraging two scenarios that require 2 different strategies on different accounting cycles. dapat naman talaga salo ng annual earnings mo yung off season mo, and employees do get laid off in worse situations (therefore there are scenarios na salo nila yung bad season). unless you're on record high with your earnings, just say na pambawi lang sa off seasons yung wins mo bcos using your bad season to justify wage theft to everyone is crazy.
