regardless if he even ran her over, this is a manslaughter charge, the fact that she exited from his vehicle (somehow), sustained major injuries and he did not call 911 or drive her immediately to the ED is enough for a manslaughter charge. Honestly, add in that he intentionally threw her out of his truck that would be murder. Couples fight when they are drunk and accidents happen, however, his reactions prior and afterwards are what will send him to prison. People saw him bring physically abusive towards Sophie before they left, she sent pictures of her face bleeding and messages stating she was scared. Manslaughter, in my opinion, isn't justice. It was the easiest charge to get a guilty verdict on, manslaughter is frankly the minimum, this was murder. I feel that they could have proved murder, but because he was so young, they want to allow him a life after prison. Make me vomit, Sophie didn't get to live her life, she trusted her boyfriend.. who took her life, dropped her off barely alive with her parents, left, didn't go to the hospital but instead went to bed! He's a puke and a pathetic human. RIP Sophie.
