I had one older woman that literally lived on the first floor threw all of their trash on the living room floor, home looked ransacked I would assist with clearing out and they would continue to do it and she once said “I don’t trust these guys” neighbors that would often chat to her when we did errands and then said “they come into my house when I’m not here, I notice things are moved or missing and one came in while I was sleeping early in the AM and I told him to get out” she seemed careless about it I asked her if she reported it or changed locks and she said she did but still it happens; I reported it to my agency and I ended that case so fast
