My OB had a vacation scheduled he canceled his reason was that this was my first time making it to term he said I watched her heartbreak of 2 premies not making it I want to be the one to see her joy when I hand her a full term baby.

My OB tried to take all the credit when my son was born and he wasn't even in the room for the birth just me and my nurse 🙄🤦♀️🤣

Was he previously a nurse? I’ve had it both ways - one was a solid ass hat 🎩 and the other was amazing. Otherwise, he likely has nurses in the family.

I had a resident that would help the nurses in a busy level one trauma center and even found a bedside commode for a patient and then put them on it and cleaned them up while I was assessing a new patient. He was one of a kind.

Mine scheduled my induction to where he was on site (his office was connected to the hospital) and when it was time to push, he RAN across the hospital and made it just in time to deliver my son. I LOVE my ob.

my lab director is exactly how you described at the beginning. if you talk to him about an issue you better have folders of information, evidence, and a sworn affidavit and god forbid you use metaphors or analogies
