l disagree with them when it comes artisans, there are qualified artisans in this country but employers's requirements are ridiculous, eg, you must have 5-10 years experience, age between 18-35 years etc and salary R35.00 per hour.

They can find them. But want to pay them peanuts. Once got offered 12k pm for a data analyst job….fuel is almost half that lol. Now I make more than 12k in a week and work from home
