I’m so glad I wasn’t the only one since obviously I see creativity in a lot of outfits but I don’t see much creativity in some since it’s just taking a lot of inspiration/coping other outfits especially ones that aren’t even related to hunger games

ngl i think you’re missing the point here entirely? this isn’t a standalone movie this is a prequel that ties this together. katniss was able to do what she did because of the actions of masiylee & haymitch, paying homage makes sense because this is a franchise that exists because of one another. bit of a pointless video

I don’t see a problem with it though. Strategically it makes sense that the stylists refence the looks of main star from the original movies. If you apply the same logic, then we should have asked “when will Margot Robbie stop copying the old barbie costumes/outfit during the entire premier events”
