@horror.haven.tale: On July 28, 2013, 50-year-old Robert Hoagland disappeared from Newtown, Connecticut. He was last seen at a gas station purchasing a map. The following day, he failed to pick up his wife from the airport. His wallet, cellphone, medication, and family vehicles were all left behind. For nearly a decade, his family searched for answers. His mysterious disappearance even became the subject of a television investigation. Then, in December 2022, police discovered something nobody expected. Robert had been living less than 100 miles away in New York under a completely different identity: Richard King. His secret life was only uncovered after he was found deceased inside a New York home. For nine years, his family had no idea he had been alive and living under another name. Why would a man abandon his entire life and family without a single explanation? And what was he hiding? #missing #mystery #missingperson #disappearance #truecrime
