He won't get the Seat. If he was getting it then there is no reason not to announce it. VCARB aren't interested in building results, they are a development team for RB and Lawson isn't getting an RB seat so they'll take him out of the seat.

Tsolov can be a reserve driver for a year, do a lot of simulator work and fp1 sessions, surely it’ll benefit him and give him time to get to know the car and team in a low pressure environment. Lawson has been best of the rest this season and it’d be incredibly stupid and disrespectful to let him go

They could do a rogue move and give Tsolov Lindblads seat and keep him as a reserve. Arvid hasn’t done bad considering he’s in his rookie season, but they might want to see how Tsolov does in the same position and make an informed decision from there. It’s not like swapping a driver mid season is a new concept to redbull.
