I remember going to couples therapy and our therapist asked us to rate our marriage from 1 to 10 and my ex said 8 and I said 4… and that’s when I realize he was getting all of the benefits of being married, while I was just getting more work.

i am sure the majority of women can relate to this unfortunately. I certainly can. after 11yrs I couldn't do it anymore. that was 11yrs to long. I wasted my best yrs and youth fighting a loosing battle. I should have left many yrs sooner
