I wish I was as narcissistic as I was when I was younger. Life felt so much easier back then. Everything seemed so simple, and my optimism made anything feel achievable. But somewhere along the way, I became consumed by self-loathing, and as I lost that almost arrogant belief in myself, my life honestly started going downhill. I miss the person I used to be. I miss having that unwavering confidence in myself, where everything felt possible and I didn’t constantly question my own worth. I want to return to that mindset, but I genuinely don’t know how to switch it back on.

Narccists are loved for their performances actually they are not hated by the public they win popularity all the time. They are hated because they have very low empathy and are abusive to those closest to them , they are not capable of humility or connection everything is power play .
