We do need a direct Highway from Northern California/Bay to Vegas. It would probably cut the travel time in half for motorists. Plus, a rail service can always be added along the Highway as well. I know flights aren’t that expensive nor long between the two spots. But, not everyone likes to fly, forst of all. And secondly, by the time you arrive 2-3 hours early for your flight and by the time you board and fly over, a person can probably end up driving in about the same amount of time. Plus, if you are traveling with Family, it would cost them less to drive up then fly and they can spend those saving in Vegas on fun time. Anyway, just sharing my thoughts. They always tend to look for solutions where need be. 😁
