Psychological manipulation often starts at home when we're young. Have you heard these "Your sibling never gives me issues, Look at all I've done for you, I never had this, you should be grateful" The list goes on. It's hard to recognize these things but once you do, you can't unsee it. It's opportunity to grow and be better for our kids. 🥰

It’s such a terrible thing to go through. It changes your brain chemistry. I feel so bad for the ones who are going through it and don’t know how to get out. Everyone needs support and if you have the knowledge and experience to help then it may save someone from years of pain and it could even save someone from doing the unthinkable.

listening and watching from NZ. I wasnt on tick tok during the covid era. but joined you this year when the clancy case blew up. You are an amazing and wise woman..love your work!!! The narc abuse is so rife and im so glad you have done and doing the work. as we know it takes time to heal from all the trauma. They dont get to do this anymore. Kia kaha from NZ.

My Mom use to say my soon to be ex is a Narcissist. I said NO he isn't. Blinded for years of what my MOM seen. Now my MOM looks down from heaven saying I am glad you finally listen to me. I should of listen but I didn't and I went thru way too much abuse from the evil man I once loved. Listen to the ones that truly love you!!! ♥️🙏
