IKYFL..."Acting erratic"...the man is having car problems on Kellogg, it's can be intimidating driving Kellogg with no car problems😑 he was far from erratic😭 and some people have a fear of cops no matter the situation. How tf did we get from "I have a donut on that side" to pretending he said Gun, and the cop said gun all dramatic. Why would the police department even post this, its not a good look😭
