@louishowardpt: Comment “GTA” for a chance to win a copy of the game! I’ll pick three winners at random and DM them next Friday, 13 November 💪 This High Protein Cabbage Lasagna looked a bit strange at first, but it’s basically lasagna with cabbage instead of pasta… but hidden well, so I’m ok with it haha Here’s what you need: Ingredients (serves 2): * 6 cabbage leaves (about 175g), steamed * 200g lean beef mince * 120g tomato and basil pasta sauce * 110g cottage cheese * 110g grated mozzarella * 1 tsp each Italian seasoning, black pepper, salt, garlic powder and onion powder Method: 1. Cook the beef mince in a pan, then stir in the seasonings. 2. Layer the cabbage leaves, beef, pasta sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella in a baking dish. Repeat the layers two or three times. 3. Finish with a layer of cabbage, pasta sauce and mozzarella. 4. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes, until hot and golden. Leave it to rest for a few minutes before serving. Approx. macros per serving: 385 calories | 42g protein Cheers @ketosnackz for the recipe ❤️
