From around 1:30 PM, customers couldn’t: • Withdraw or deposit cash at ATMs • Do transactions at 3,430 branches • Use internet banking or transfers All of these banks run on the same shared system. Officials confirmed it was an equipment malfunction — not a cyberattack. Services were fully restored after about 5.5 hours (around 7:05 PM).
