me and my bestie were on the same struggle bus this week but we turned it around and snapped out of it but the weather has been great here except the one rainy day. I alway need sunshine to help me. we all got this. At least we're not doing it alone ❤️

i feel this..thanks for sharing. I get extreme seasonal depression..today has been the hardest day. i blocked it all out this week kept busy with the house then today everything hit. I cried from 9am-2pm and everything just feels so heavy

my. seasonal depression ended once I got a SAD lamp and use it every morning for 35 mins from sept until may. Seasonal depression happens to some from the lack of sun. and stay moving your body.. depression cant hit a moving target
