What happened: an AI reverse-engineering agent opened the build we shipped and read it like a book. We had skipped the minify pass to launch faster, so our pricing logic and every flow sat there in plain text. What we run now is BLA (the name means Blind LLM Agents), free under MIT at github.com/qybaihe/bla: 1️⃣ In your project folder: npx bla-agents harden . (that's the whole setup) 2️⃣ It plants decoys and honey metadata the copier trusts 3️⃣ It pushes the analyzer past its token and size budgets 4️⃣ It leaves fake rabbit holes, while customers get identical behaviour Their red-team table: a real copy agent failed on 12 file formats once the build was hardened. Honest catch: their README admits it hasn't been tried yet against Ghidra or Frida sessions. Tip: put the harden step inside your release script, so no build goes out unprotected.
