There was a time in my life when I felt completely lost. I struggled with my mental health, felt like I had no purpose and spent so long trying to find happiness within myself. Over time, fitness became about so much more than my physical appearance. It helped me build confidence, find purpose and discover a strength in myself that went far beyond the gym.
