@r2reports: Haiti’s prime minister told gangs their time has “almost expired,” standing alongside a Salvadoran army colonel as troops push into gang territory around Port-au-Prince, the capital. El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele sent more than 2,000 troops after four military aviation technicians disappeared in an October 18 ambush. Haitian police have since recovered their burned vehicle, but found no sign of the men. Bukele says his troops will leave when the four missing men are returned alive.
