I remember coming home in 6th grade to everyone crying and I immediately thought “did someone die??” I wish I was wrong but a dog we had for like 7 or so years passed bc of heart failure, and she had just given birth a month or so ago before that. I still miss her even though it’s been 6 years since that happened
