This is company’s fault regardless if it’s frozen or not, I used to managed a take and bake restaurant and pizzas can and should be wrapped without instructions or paper touching the pizza

Aldi employee here:) I work freezer in the mornings and those do come in the freezer but they are a “freeze thaw” pizza which is refrigerated after it leaves the freezer. If it was in the freezer someone must have put it there to get the pizzas that are frozen! You can return it and get a new one that’s thawed!
