get some tucks wipes from Walmart!!!! as someone who has had 3 babies and got my first when I was 16 and pregnant, I called my mom crying cause I had a balloon and no idea what it was or why! she said TUCKS! 1000% and also some cream if u want to go the extra mile lol.

ICU nurse here 🙋♀️You probably got it due too straining! If you do stool softer make sure you drink LOTS of water. Also don’t sit on the toilet for a long period of time (it increases it) and get a squatty potty!
