What I find interesting is that when the women saw that the men were losing their place and focus as men, the women would then stand up to help fight the problem together. That spirit can never be defeated. 💪🏾

Traditional beer was not consumed daily in the past. it was reserved for events. Apartheid introduced drinking outside of events for black people. Post apartheid shebeens increased enormously because they thought having alcohol shops and shebeens operating 24/7 is freedom. Not knowing it was also part of black family destruction

Ask your self why there are no clubs, tarven or liquor stores next to where why people live,
They make sure that alcohol gets sold far from their children, clubs are always a bit of distance.
Then go to our communities, every corner theres a tarven, even next to our schools.
In the apartheid era we used to get paid by alcohol 😭

"South Africa belongs to us" is the name of the documentary.Very hard to find though.
"The last grave in dimbaza" is also a similar documentary that's available on YouTube. We have no choice but to start taking ourselves&the countries affairs very seriously. We are the answers we seek.We can't go into 2029 while hoping some other people will rescue us while we're educated&available to lead ourselves.
