Recruiters and hiring managers, I need your honest opinion.
I just completed my 4th interview for a Technical Customer Success role. The entire process has been fast-paced, with interviews scheduled close together, quick follow-ups, and consistent communication between stages.
My final interview was a one-hour panel with a VP, CSM, and CS Team Lead. I delivered a mock customer kickoff presentation, received positive feedback on its structure, and had great discussions throughout. The VP asked me to switch languages during the last two slides to test my customer communication skills, which went well.
The CSM said she had no further questions since she'd already covered everything in our previous interview. The Team Lead asked about my experience and AI projects, and everyone seemed engaged.
At the end, they said they're still interviewing candidates and I'd hear back within 1–2 weeks. However, right before we left, the CSM asked about my 14-day notice period AGAIN, in front of the panel. They also said I could contact the recruiter directly if I needed anything.
Given the fast hiring process, positive panel interaction, and repeated notice period question, would you consider these strong signs of an upcoming offer, or is this standard hiring behavior?
