When is a good time to run the retro skill? I already am my agent to reflect on the work done during the day's sessions as part of my daily wrap-up skill, should I run retro instead or use it specifically weekly or after a whole "project"?

Skills need tests just as any code. I have a setup where it runs a baseline and changed skill against different models multiple times and observes how it worked. It also measures how it affected execution time and token usage. That has significantly improved my skills.
