@fromscratchwithbri: ep: 3 of my sweet & simple series!: cookie butter banana pudding ❤︎︎ 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk 4 cups milk 10 oz vanilla instant pudding 4 cups heavy cream a splash of vanilla extract about 1/2 cup granulated sugar bananas slices to your liking biscoff cookies, crushed to your liking chessman cookies or nilla wafers, crushed to your liking cookie butter, melted for drizzle - In a large bowl, mix together your sweetened condensed milk, and milk until combined - whisk in your vanilla instant pudding to your milk mixture - once combined, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about 20 minutes until your pudding is set - while you’re waiting for your pudding to set, start on your heavy cream mixture. add your heavy cream, vanilla extract and granulated sugar to your bowl and set on medium/high speed until stiff peaks form. make sure to keep an eye on it so your heavy cream doesn’t turn into butter! - once your pudding is set, fold in your pudding into your whipped cream until fully combined - to assemble your banana pudding, layer it as pudding-banana slices-cookie crumbles-cookie butter drizzle - repeat as needed and enjoy! #fyp #bananapudding #cookiebutter #biscoff #baking
