big man you goof at interoperability part. the NDC deal was interoperability between TELCOS. the NPP deal was including Banks in both ways and the price was fraction of what the NDC was about to pay. the interoperability between Banks and tacos open up for more transaction than TELCOS to TELCOS. you mix the picture mate.
