you don't have to have a medical condition to have this. hormone fluctuations affect your whole body and it can cause pain/cramping everywhere and legs are a common area where that happens. that said if it's really severe or there are other problems you should get checked out. :)

Leg pain is usually an endometriosis or adenomyosis symptom. I also struggle with it and I had stage 4.
