I am usually in charge of feeding our tegu her whole prey because it usually freaks my fiancé out but a while ago he had to do it and I RAN into the kitchen so fast whe I heard that microwave close 😭

I have a milksnake.. do you recommend feeding in its enclosure or in a separate container? I’ve tried both but I’m torn on which one is better as when I feed her in her enclosure she seems to get some of her substrate in her mouth

didnt know snake regurgitated, but that makes sense. If they do, even if its stressful and hard on their vody, are they able to try eating again and tgen gaining nutrients?

Also if anyone has tried the water method for frozen thawed food for your snake and it hasn’t worked IVE FIGURED OUT ANOTHER WAY I use my heat lamp and leave it under there for like 15-20 min ( my hoggie likes it for 19 min lol) but yes this has helped me a lot and I don’t think anything is wrong with that method so there’s a method u could try!

yes the bites hurt. my Solomon Tree Boa bite me 2 weeks ago. I just wanted to clean up her poops. I thought she was in her Tree nope she was in her ground hide and I was above her head. she got me good. not her fault.

Who am I :
My one snake (had him for 9 years now) is scared of anything other my hands and won’t eat unless it’s a fresh koed mouse and I hand feed him at 37 degree angle otherwise he won’t eat
