I ordered over 300 pairs of sneakers from them since they started. It is very rare I ever had a problem and anytime I did they refunded my money within days. What are they telling you? I would wait until they reach back before trashing them.

I won a pair and when I got them they were in a box wrapped with paper towels and the bottom mud and grass filled the treads. I messaged them several times with no response. I went through TikTok for a refund!

My ONLY problem with them is that they don’t bundle ship. I won four pair in one day and they all arrived together. I know I got them cheaper but my brain is still like $40 in shipping!?

I’ve gotten probably 8 pairs had one issue that was an honest mistake and they took care of it right away. Human error happens.

U can send pictures and a short video to tiktok customer service tell them they’re both the wrong shoe and the wrong size that they don’t match. Tiktok will refund you.

Girl they didn’t send 4 of my shoes! Because I got them for $6 bucks and they were expensive ones. The shoes never even left the warehouse. And I got a refund saying they were lost or damaged after 4 weeks of no shoes. Crazy all 4 were with different host.

Have you tried contacting them? I’ve purchased 5 pairs of shoes from them and have been happy with all of them. Maybe this was a mistake?
