I just got let go from my property job and they just terminated my position. They are going full AI mind you the AI is not detecting many apartments so a lot of people are basically living there for free or not paying rent and a lot of the time they have a lot of promises that they cannot keep And are not keeping up with the buildings request in a lot of of these buildings have things that are happening that they aren’t taking care of so I don’t blame them being empty. It’s the property companies fault 100%.

Then getting evicted because you can’t afford rent, then not being qualified for a new apartment because you have an eviction on your record!
