guyyss, in Italy only 0.5 % of tretinoin available, cannot find 0.025 in the state or outside due to regulation. can I begin with 0.5 % or is it too strong? now I've been using adapalene 0.1 since a year

what she didnt tell you is thay you work up to nightly use. use once a week for 3-4 works. than add another day but space the days out when you use like use tret wait 2-3 nights then use again. repeat that for 3-4 weeks. then start using it every other night for 3-4 weeks. also start witjt the lowest percentage first. then go to evwry night. keep soing thay for 6 months to a year. see how your skin I n is handling it. if you need a stronger percentage that is when you can tell. it takes time and patient. remember its a marathon, not a race.

Well that’s not true, once you’re reached the max effect you can maintain with only 2-3 times a week (confirmed by studies)

Let your skin completely dry! Apply 30 min after cleansing. Water speeds absorption and increases irritation.

Can you use it around your eyes? I keep seeing conflicting information. I used to just spread it all around my face, but now I’m nervous of going above my cheekbones because I don’t want to damage my meiobian (??) glands, but my most wrinkly spot on my face is my crow’s feet/undereye. Help!
