are there tools and/or guides for anyone going through a divorce that is experiencing coercive control? I can only imagine how scary that is. I went through couple's counseling with someone who was coercively controlling. I was so confused. Now I know

I remember a scene in the movie "This is Forty" where she told her husband "you're mean too, you don't yell but you're still mean." She was referencing him seeing a movie without her and he admitted he wanted to hurt her feelings. This scene really hit home in my marriage. He never hit me but he terrified me. The antidote to this is people realizing other people are actually autonomous beings.
