@cindygreenrn: I LOVE pickleball. My right shoulder apparently filed a workplace complaint. Several weeks after straining my shoulder and arm, my PT thinks the issue involves my shoulder girdle. So now I’m learning to play LEFT-HANDED while working on shoulder and back strength. My left hand’s performance review? Needs improvement. At 60, recovery gets its own spot on the schedule.
