It could be your gallbladder! It comes and goes and you really can't tell unless you have gallstones. But if it's just a slow gallbladder it wouldn't show up unless you have a Hydascan. Hope you feel better!

I’m glad everything came back clear and you didn’t have kidney stones because that is a terrible pain to have especially when you’re passing them. You could have a pinched nerve in your back and it can cause that kind of pain or it could be your sciatica. My daughter goes to a chiropractor, because of her back, and that does give her some relief.
