To be honest Sukuna was holding back he didn't use fuga and still he was being watched by every sorcerer so he had to hold back and he won because Gojo was too cocky and egotistical that's his weakness Sukuna used that against him when he dropped his guard

Gojo was outperforming sukuna to hand to hand and in the clashes cause sukuna was repeatedly switching DA on and off in order to adapt. When DA is on it’s shown their equal in hand to hand combat. Without mahoraga sukuna keeps DA on, takes less damage during the clashes (meaning he wouldn’t be caught by UV), and outlasts Gojo and finished him off in his domain (Gojo hit his limit before sukuna only reason the fight kept going was cause of those couple seconds in UV)
