I’ve been prepping for years. 😂 But for real, don’t prep out of fear. Get your stuff little by little. An emergency comes in different forms. From extreme weather, a job loss, cyber attacks or just failing infrastructure. Start at 3 days. Move to a week. In a year, shoot for a month or more. Every time you go to the store, grab an extra bottle or pack of water. Grab an extra can or two of food. It builds up fast. It doesn’t need to break the bank, especially in these tight times.
