I also work for XPO, and what he says doesn’t add up to me, because he should be earning more he gets overtime pay after 8 hours. In my case, I get overtime after 45 hours, and it’s more than what he claims. Keep in mind that XPO has different pay structures and rules in every state.

XPO here, ot after 8 AND 40. Meaning every day anything after 8 hours is ot, you come in on a Saturday after your 40 (regular hours) you get all OT. Idk where he’s at but yall keep in mind different states are different pay structures
