Not only did they hear it once they heard it twice. When I took the order to verify and when they will be getting charged we ask again if it sounds good.

Had a lady order a caramel macchiato no espresso, so I asked “so you just want some steamed milk with vanilla and caramel drizzle?” She said yes, she gets to the window, I hand her her drink and she says “it’s supposed to be a frozen drink” she wanted a caramel frap…like maam when does “steamed milk” mean frozen😭

i work at dominos and before i confirm any order i alwayssss flip the screen and point at exactly everything they ordered for this very reason, just so you can say i did it wrong 😭

They don’t listen. They NEVER listen. They could be using every “active listening” behavior in the book and they still aren’t listening. The amount of people I’ll ask a question and they answer with something different is insane. Were doing a cookie charity and Just recently I asked “would you like to add a cookie on to your order for the charity” and they deadass said “yes I’ll have the chicken sandwhich” LIKE THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED YOU. They’re so confident with it too
