@richardakers27: Uriah Heep, formed in London in 1969, has certainly left an undeniable mark on music. Their current lineup features Mick Box on guitar, Phil Lanzon on keyboards, Bernie Shaw on vocals, Russell Gilbrook on drums, and Dave Rimmer on bass. Mick Box is the only original member after 57 years and many lineup changes. They were key to the early 70s rock scene and are seen as pioneers of hard rock, heavy metal, and progressive rock. With over 40 million albums sold globally, including 4 million in the US, their influence is clear. Some of their well-known tracks include "Look at Yourself," "July Morning," "Easy Livin'," and "Lady in Black." They still have a strong following, playing in arenas across various countries. They've released numerous studio, live, and compilation albums. Thirteen of their studio albums hit the UK Albums Chart, with Return to Fantasy reaching No. 7 in 1975. In the US, Demons and Wizards was their most successful, hitting No. 23 in 1972. "Lady in Black" became a big hit in Germany by the late 70s. It's truly incredible to see their lasting impact on rock music. #UriahHeep #RockMusic #MusicHistory #MusicLegends #onthisday
