@rachelactually: Almost 50 pounds down and I’m honestly emotional watching this before and after. 🥹😭 I haven’t seen this number on the scale in OVER 10 YEARS. A whole decade. And while the physical transformation is crazy to see, it’s how much BETTER I feel that means the most.
