I didn't have a phone until I was 17. I hade a flip phone like those track phones so no games only had minutes until I turned 17. I stayed up late reading books and drawing. teens just don't have a sleep cycle that adults want them to follow

As a parent, idk if other parents know this, but you can take your kids phone away at bedtime. you can put up boundaries too. I know its hard, but you can do it

There was an active shooter behind my sons school while he was at PE. He shrugged it off and said it felt just like another day in America. These kids have normalized gun violence because surely, if gun violence was an issue parents would do something. So to make it make sense they have to believe it’s no big deal.
